Next Rig Hire helps CDL-A drivers find jobs with trucking companies. This policy explains what we do with the information you send us. Questions? Email mike@nextrighire.com.

What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, email, mobile number (if you give it), home state, and details about your CDL, experience, equipment, endorsements, driving record and the job you want, plus anything you write to us and copies of documents you choose to send, like your CDL or DOT medical card.

How we use it

• To match you with driving jobs and contact you about them.
• To keep a record of whether you agreed to calls and texts, and to an anonymous profile.
• If you agreed to an anonymous profile, to show it to carriers.

Anonymous profiles

If you check the anonymous profile box, we may show carriers, including on recruiting websites that carriers use, a profile with a number instead of your name. It can include your years of experience, equipment, endorsements, home state or region, a summary of your driving record, which documents we've checked, and the job and pay you want. It never includes your name, phone, email, city, ZIP code or employers. We ask you every two weeks whether you're still open to offers and take the profile down if you're not, if you take a job, or as soon as you ask.

When we share it

Apart from an anonymous profile you agreed to, we share your profile, name and contact details with a trucking company only after we've told you about a specific job and you've agreed to be introduced. We don't sell your information.

We use email, website hosting and team messaging providers to run our inbox, this site and the notifications our recruiters get when you send a form. They handle data only to provide those services.

Calls and text messages

We call or text you only if you checked the consent box on the profile form. Consent is not required to apply. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us. Opting out of texts doesn't delete your profile; ask us if you want that too.

This website

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and our hosting provider may keep basic traffic statistics that don't identify you.

Keeping, correcting and deleting your information

We keep your profile while we're helping you find a job. Email us anytime to see, correct or delete it, and we'll do it within 10 business days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
